Announcing Vortfinder 2.0

In October 2025, the website we were using to host our Vortfinder database stopped being free (and was particularly expensive). Vortfinder went offline.

Aidin Yazdi, a dear fellow alumnus of Yeshivat Har Etzion, stepped up and got the website back up and running. Thank you Aidin!

Though the ability to find Divrei Torah was back and working on the new site, some of the other features were not yet back working. Luckily, another alumnus of the Yeshiva, Daniel Friedman, stepped up and designed this new website, replete with “fuzzy search” and more, which I have nicknamed Vortfinder 2.0. Thank you Daniel!

Hashem should bless you for all the time you put in to help the website.

We hope you like the new site!

In the meantime, I added a few more peirushim (the Gra and the Brisker Rav) and there is more to come!

Learn well!
